Terms of Service

Effective date: 15 July 2026 · Last updated: 15 July 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between RURINFRA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (“OPDesk”, “we”, “us”) and the doctor, clinic, or organisation that creates an account (“you”, the “Practice”). By signing up for or using OPDesk, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

OPDesk is a white-label appointment-booking tool. It gives a Practice a branded booking page and, on eligible plans, booking through the Practice’s own WhatsApp number, plus a dashboard to manage doctors, clinics, availability, and appointments. OPDesk is a scheduling tool only; it is not a medical service, a marketplace, or a provider of medical advice.

2. Eligibility & accounts

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use OPDesk for any unlawful purpose; send spam or messages that violate messaging or telecom regulations; upload data you have no right to use; attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service; or use OPDesk to store medical records it is not designed to hold.

4. Patient data & your responsibilities

As between you and OPDesk, you are the Data Fiduciary for your patients’ data and OPDesk is your Data Processor, handling that data on your instructions to provide the service. You are responsible for:

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Fees & billing

OPDesk offers a free tier and paid plans. Paid features (for example multi-doctor, multi-clinic, and WhatsApp booking) are billed as described at sign-up or on the pricing page. Fees, taxes, and billing cycles are set out at sign-up and on our pricing page. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on reasonable notice.

6. Third-party services

OPDesk relies on third parties such as messaging providers and Meta Platforms (WhatsApp). Your use of booking channels that depend on them is also subject to their terms and policies, and their availability is outside our control.

7. Availability & “as is”

We work to keep OPDesk available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that messages will always be delivered.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OPDesk will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost bookings, or missed appointments. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to OPDesk in the one month before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using OPDesk and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, poses a security or legal risk, or for non-payment. On termination, your right to use the service ends; data handling after termination follows the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Vadodara, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date, and continued use after they take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
